Experienced with interviews, case studies, podcasts, webcasts,interviews, lectures, speeches, research notes, conferences and film/documentary transcription (Including B-roll visual descriptions) in both audio and video mediums.
Average time required per hour of data is four hours. This includes all details (ums, coughs etc). In the case of video this includes body movements and visual descriptions. Time coding every 30-60 seconds depending on requests.
I am able to provide two types of verbatim transcripts for Interviews.
- Clean Verbatim – the content of the interviewee’s responses are verbatim, but I omit the non-verbal utterance such as ‘uh..’ and ‘uhm..’, ‘double- doubled’ words and ‘st-st-stutters’.
- True Verbatim – the ‘uhms and uhs’, ‘stu-stutters’ and other non-verbal utterances of the interviewee are transcribed.

Pricing
Prices ranging from $15-$25/per hour, depending on materials, and can be negotiated depending on budget.
Time Tracking and Invoicing
Time tracking and invoicing are performed through Freshbooks . this allows for a very to-the-minute system for billing purposes and provides the client with detailed invoices.
Methods of Payment
Interac Email Money Transfers are preferred due to the lack of deposit fees. Normally these require a $1.50 fee on behalf of the sender which can be deducted off the top of the bill. (Ex. if bill is $20.00, payment required in the case of email money transfer is $18.50 )
Paypal is an option if Email Money Transfers are not. In the case of Paypal payments an extra $2.50 fee is required to cover deposit fees.
